This hotel is great value for money, especially considering its convenient location. It is so close to the train station and right in the center of town, making it easy to explore and access nearby shops. The rooms are basic but include all the amenities you need, like fast WiFi and a TV. Plus, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Great hotel location, just a short walk to the train station and a restaurant street. Complimentary drink machine in the lobby was a nice touch. The breakfast bread was yummy and a good way to start the day.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, I could feel the springs, and my non-smoking room had a mild smell of smoke. Plus, it would have been nice to see a little variety in the breakfast options.

The location is ideal, being only a short walk from both Nagano Station and the JR station, making it convenient for exploring the city. Despite the smaller size of the rooms and bathrooms, they were well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The attention to detail was impressive.

The only drawback I experienced was with the size and comfort of the bed, as it was a small double and not the most comfortable.
